We collect only what is necessary to operate these websites and respond to inquiries. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes — ever.
When you submit a contact form on rudolphcx.com, we collect your name, email address, message content, and any additional information you choose to provide. Purpose: To respond to your inquiry. Legal basis (GDPR): Legitimate interest. Retention: 24 months from submission or resolution.
Both sites use Umami Analytics, a privacy-preserving analytics tool. Umami collects aggregated data only: page views, referral sources, browser type, country-level geography, and time on page. Umami does not set cookies, collect personal data, store IP addresses, or track individuals across sites or devices. No consent banner is required. See umami.is/privacy.
The FirstStep guide does not require registration, login, or any personal information. No user data is collected through guide interactions. The guide runs entirely in your browser.
If you contact us directly by email, we collect your email address and the content of your message, used solely to respond to your communication.
We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, government IDs, biometric data, health or medical information, or data from children under 13.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Contact form submissions on rudolphcx.com are processed through EmailJS, which transmits your form submission to our inbox. We do not store form submissions on EmailJS servers beyond delivery. EmailJS Privacy Policy
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rudolph CX LLC or others.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified of any such change.

Neither rudolphcx.com nor getfirststep.org uses cookies. Umami Analytics is cookieless by design. No cookie consent banner is required on either site.
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. FirstStep (getfirststep.org) is a public resource that collects no personal data through guide interactions.
