Advisory Services

Strategic guidance for the work that matters most.

Not every organization has enterprise bandwidth. Not every individual has institutional support. Advisory Services exists for both — for the organizations doing mission-critical work in tight funding windows, and for individuals building something that deserves real help getting started.

What We Do

Research. Strategy. Real guidance.

Advisory Services is direct consulting from the founder of Rudolph CX. Not a packaged product. Not a templated deliverable. A real working relationship built around what you actually need.

01
Research & Deep Dives

Regulatory landscape, funding sources, industry standards, competitive context — whatever you need to make a well-grounded decision.

02
Strategy & Direction

Organizational positioning, program design, service delivery structure, go-to-market thinking for mission-aligned ventures.

03
Document Help

Proposals, grant narratives, intake forms, engagement letters, one-pagers — documents that communicate clearly and hold up under scrutiny.

04
AI Setup & Navigation

Building a Claude project, structuring a workflow, setting up tools that actually work for your situation — demystified and done.

05
Situation Navigation

When you're in the middle of something complicated and need a clear-headed outside perspective to think it through with you.

Who This Is For

Two populations. One commitment.

Track One
Organizations

Mission-driven organizations doing work that matters — workforce development, reentry, community services, advocacy — whose capacity is constrained by funding cycles, not by the value of what they do.

  • Reentry programs navigating grant gaps between funding cycles
  • Workforce development boards and NCWorks affiliates
  • Community-based nonprofits operating on foundation or federal grants
  • Small government programs or municipal departments with limited discretionary budget
Track Two
Individuals

People with real expertise, a real mission, and a real thing to build — who don't have institutional backing, don't have a budget for formal consulting, and deserve real help anyway.

  • First-time creators building something meaningful with limited resources
  • Entrepreneurs or founders in early stages who need strategic grounding
  • Individuals navigating complex systems — professional, institutional, or personal
  • People who know what they want to do but need help figuring out how
How It Works

No application form. A real conversation.

01 — Reach Out
Tell us who you are

Send an email or use the form below. Tell us who you are, what you're working on, and what you need help with. No questionnaire. No intake form. Just what's real.

02 — Conversation
We figure out the fit

A real call. We learn what you're building, what's in the way, and what advisory support would actually move things forward. If we're the right fit, we talk scope and rate. If we're not, we'll say so.

03 — Engagement
We get to work

Flexible structure. Session-based, project-based, or ongoing — whatever the work actually requires. An Advisory Disclaimer and scope agreement go out before we start. Then we work.

Rates

Priced for what's real.

The rate reflects the situation, not a menu. Organizations in active funding gaps and individuals building without institutional support don't get a lesser version of the work.

Session Rate
$75/hr

Standard. For established individuals and organizations with capacity to pay. Research, strategy sessions, document review, AI setup, situation navigation.

Sliding Scale
Flexible

For organizations in funding gaps or individuals with limited resources. Rate is determined by conversation, not a formula. What you can sustain is the starting point.

Project Rate
Scoped

Flat fee by project, for defined deliverables — a document, a research brief, an AI project build, a strategy package. Quoted after the initial conversation.

A small number of advisory engagements are reserved each year at no cost, for organizations doing direct service work whose funding has run out, and for individuals whose mission is clear but whose resources are not. No application, no justification required — just a real conversation about whether we can help.
