Real answers to the questions that come up most before someone books a discovery call. If yours isn't here, book a call and ask directly.

A performance support console is a custom HTML guide that sits alongside a frontline worker during a live moment with a client or caller. It's not a training document, a knowledge base, or an AI chatbot — it's organized by situation, not by information category. The worker finds the situation they're facing, and the guide surfaces the steps, the script language, the escalation triggers, and the hard stops in one place.
Frontline workers in live, high-stakes moments — case managers, workforce specialists, medical records coordinators, loan servicing agents, reentry navigators, frontline supervisors, and HR professionals. If the job involves a live person in need and a system that has to be navigated correctly under pressure, there's a guide built for it.
It's a working session, not a pitch. We assess your role, your situation volume, your highest-risk moments, and your real source material. You leave with a scoped estimate and an honest fit answer — even if the answer is that it's not a fit yet. If you proceed to a build, the $500 is credited in full toward your invoice.
Official job aids, policy manuals, regulatory documents, and escalation procedures from your organization. Guides are built from real, verifiable source material — not invented, not generic best-practice content. You'll get a specific checklist of what's needed on the discovery call.
Two weeks is the standard build timeline once source material is confirmed and the engagement begins.
No. Every guide is delivered as a single HTML file that opens in any browser. There's no app download, no login wall, no account setup. Guides can also be installed for offline use on the device they're opened on.
Nothing case-specific is ever stored. The guide never accepts typed or free-form data entry — not a name field, not a note field, nothing. Case documentation is always a generic, identical-every-time template the worker fills in on your own system of record, outside the guide.
Yes. Rudolph CX holds an active SAM.gov registration (CAGE Code 21D84, UEI FN7DXBSUVHN7, EIN 42-2269436) and operates under the standard that every deliverable may be cited, questioned, or audited by regulators, government officials, or compliance teams.
Tiers scale by situation count and role coverage — from a single-role, small-situation-set Foundation build up to a multi-role, multi-site Enterprise build. Exact pricing for each tier and each guide family is on the Pricing page.
FirstStep (getfirststep.org) is a separate, free public self-help navigation tool for individuals, not workers. It's not a performance support console — it's a public resource with no account and no cost. Rudolph CX guides are built for workers; FirstStep is built for the people those workers serve.
