HR · Pre-Hire & Recruiting

Built for the moment
the interview veers off script.

Rosterline℠ is a custom-built reference guide for recruiters and hiring staff who face live, high-stakes moments during pre-hire screening — a background check flag, an unplanned disability question, a candidate asking about salary. Sequence and stage discipline, built from your own process.

The demo is illustrative of the method — not a past client's build. Yours would be built from your own source material, per the process below.

From Intake to Delivery

Three stages. One standard.

01
Discovery — $500
Your operation, assessed.

We assess your role, your highest-stakes situations, your source material, and your volume. You leave with a scoped estimate and an honest fit answer.

Credited in full toward build
02
Build
Built from inside your role.

Constructed from official job aids and verified source documents. Situation-first design, not information categories.

Build-time figure not yet re-verified this session
03
Live — Day One
In the worker's hands. Ready.

Delivered as a custom HTML console. No app download, no login wall, no learning curve.

R-02Criminal History Comes Up During Screening
R-03New Hire's Work Authorization Needs Verification
R-04Interview Question Veers Into Medical or Disability Territory
R-05Candidate Asks About Salary Range, or Employer Asks About Salary History
R-06Federal Contractor Employer Wants to Ask About Disability Status

6 real situations across six distinct legal frameworks — FCRA adverse action, NC's criminal-history/ban-the-box patchwork, NC's E-Verify mandate, the ADA's three-stage medical-inquiry restriction, salary-history/pay-transparency law, and Section 503 federal-contractor disability self-ID — built from official source material. Full situation-by-situation detail is available on request during your discovery call.

Why It Works

Built to hold up under real conditions.

Zero
typed data entry
No Case-Specific Storage

Nothing typed in is ever saved. Every note is a generic, identical-every-time template the specialist fills in on their own system of record.

Day One
deployment
No IT Rollout

Delivered as a single HTML file. No app download, no login wall, no account setup, no subscription activation.

Offline
always available
Works Without Internet

Installs to any device and keeps working with no connection — the guide is there in the moment, signal or not.

In Full
credited to build
Discovery Isn't a Pitch

The $500 discovery call is real working time — and if you proceed, it's credited in full toward your build.

Source

Built From Real Documents

Every step traces to your own job aids, policy manuals, and regulatory source material — never invented, never generic.

50/50
payment split
Clear Payment Terms

Half before work begins, half on delivery. No surprise invoicing, no ambiguity about when money moves.

The Moment

“This is the moment. You're in the moment. You can't miss the moment because you can never relive that moment. And that moment is like a crossroad. If you in it, you cross the road. If not, you may get stuck at the crossroad.”

Questions

What people ask before they book.

Yes. Rudolph CX holds an active SAM.gov registration (CAGE Code 21D84, UEI FN7DXBSUVHN7, EIN 42-2269436) and operates under the standard that every deliverable may be cited, questioned, or audited by government officials, regulatory bodies, or compliance teams.
No. The guide is a single HTML file that opens in any browser. There's no app download, no login wall, no account setup. It works the same on day one as it does a year later.
Nothing case-specific is ever stored. The guide never accepts typed or free-form data entry of any kind — not a name field, not a note field. Case documentation is always a generic, blank template the worker fills in on your own system of record, outside the guide.
